Heroes ships a Claude-powered AI agent that reads incoming messages, identifies intent, and prepares a full reply respecting your tone and policies.
Enable AI
Open Settings → AI and flip the toggle. You'll need your Anthropic API key (free to start, then their pricing).
How it works
For each inbound message, the AI:
- Identifies intent (date change, late check-in, room issue…)
- Extracts references (reservation number, requested dates)
- Drafts a full reply using your property context and tone
- Rates urgency (at-risk relationship? legal complaint?)
The draft appears in the editor; you review and send in one click — or tweak first.
Set the tone
Under Settings → AI → Tone, pick: professional, warm, concise, family-friendly. The AI adapts.
Guard rails
The AI can be set to never send automatically (draft-only mode — recommended) or to auto-reply to simple messages (Wi-Fi, check-in time…) outside business hours.
Limits
The AI never handles: cancellations, refunds, paid upgrade requests. Those messages are flagged Requires human.
