Link a conversation to a reservation
When a new message arrives, Heroes tries to match an existing guest (email or phone). If found, the conversation appears next to the reservation card. Otherwise, link it manually.

- Unread only
- Mentions (you're @-tagged)
- Assigned to me
- Per channel (quick filter)
Reply
The single editor lets you reply in the same window, whatever the source channel. Heroes routes your reply to the right transport. Templates and AI are one keyboard shortcut away.
