Change your payment method

Update card or switch to SEPA direct debit.

Heroes accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit for the eurozone. Change it from your account — no need to contact support.

Credit card

Profile → Subscription → Payment method. Click Edit and enter the new card. 3D Secure verification if your bank requires it.

The old card is disabled immediately; the new one is tested with a €1 hold then voided.

SEPA direct debit

Same page, click Switch to SEPA. Sign the mandate online (checkbox). First debit after 5 business days of pre-notification, as the regulation requires.

B2B invoicing

Billing to your company? Enter your EU VAT number under Subscription → Billing details. Heroes applies reverse-charge VAT if eligible.

Payment failure

If your card is refused, Heroes retries 3 times over 7 days (D+1, D+3, D+7). You receive an email each time. After the 4th failure, access is restricted to read-only until resolved.

If your property changes companies (sale, restructuring), contact support. History migration is free; the new subscription resumes where the old one left off.
