Download invoices and VAT reports

Heroes generates two kinds of invoices: your guest invoices (what you bill your guests) and your Heroes invoices (our subscription to you).

Guest invoices

Reservations → Invoices. Filter by month, guest, payment method. Download individually as PDF or bulk-export as ZIP.

Format matches French regulations ("VAT not applicable, art. 293B" mention when relevant). For other countries, the appropriate format is applied based on your property's location.

Heroes invoices (your subscription)

Profile → Subscription → Invoices. One invoice per month (or yearly if billed annually). Electronically signed PDF.

VAT export

To prepare your quarterly return, open Reports → VAT. Pick a period and download:

• Summary with totals net, VAT and gross per rate
• Detail line-by-line with invoice no., guest, date, amount
• FEC (French accounting export) compatible with Sage, Cegid, EBP

Accounting export

Same page, export CSV or XLSX for your accountant. One-click Sage 100 and Cegid Loop exports are available.

Duplicate request

If you lost an invoice, re-download it — it doesn't change. If you need a fix (guest address, mention…), issue a credit note + new invoice — the only legal route in France.
