Manage your subscription

Change plan, switch to annual, view invoices.

Your Heroes subscription is billed against the total room count across all your properties. Pay for what you use.

View your current plan

Profile (top-right) → Subscription. You'll see:

  • Active plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
  • Rooms included
  • Next renewal date
  • Saved payment method

Change plan

Same page, click Change plan. Heroes computes proration immediately:

  • Upgrade: takes effect now; you're charged the prorated amount through end of month
  • Downgrade: takes effect at next renewal (no refund)

Monthly vs annual

Annual commitment unlocks a 20 % discount. You can switch from monthly to annual any time; the reverse is only possible at renewal.

Add / remove rooms

Allowed room count is computed from your plan cap. If you exceed it, the soft-lock mode kicks in: writes are blocked until you upgrade or disable rooms.

Invoices

All Heroes invoices download from Subscription → Invoices as PDF. They're also emailed to your billing address.
