Your Heroes plan includes a maximum number of active rooms. Any room marked "active" counts, regardless of its occupancy status.
How it's counted
Heroes sums active rooms across every property (multi-property). A disabled room doesn't count, but it's hidden from the Gantt and OTAs.
Plan caps
- Starter: up to 10 rooms
- Pro: up to 50 rooms
- Pro 100+: up to 100 rooms
- Pro 200+: up to 200 rooms
- Enterprise: unlimited, quote-based
Soft-lock mode
If you exceed your cap (too many active rooms or quota dropped due to unpaid upgrade), Heroes enters soft-lock:
- Reads (Gantt, sheets, reports) stay visible
- Every mutation (new reservation, check-in…) is blocked
- A persistent red banner invites you to upgrade or disable rooms
Escape routes stay open: disable a room, switch property, sign out.
Disable temporarily
To bring your count down, open Rooms and disable long-term out-of-service rooms (renovation, off-season closing…). Re-enable any time.
Seasonality
If you close the hotel in winter, downgrade to Starter for those months — cheaper than keeping a Pro idle. The switch is commitment-free.
