Run a check-out

Check-out closes the stay, adds consumed extras, generates the final invoice and frees the room for housekeeping.

Start the check-out

From today's departures, click the reservation → Check-out.

Add extras

Heroes lists items consumed during the stay:

• Minibar and room service
• Extra breakfasts
• Late check-out, parking, laundry

You can add more manually with the + Add an extra button.

Collect the balance

If anything's outstanding, present the terminal to the guest. Heroes displays the amount due in large type, accepts card, cash or wire. Once collected, the final invoice is generated and emailed.

Automatic housekeeping task

On check-out, Heroes auto-creates a housekeeping task on the room, assigned to your housekeeping crew. It pops up instantly in their mobile app.

Post-stay review

A review request email is sent 24h after check-out (configurable). Ratings come back into Reservations → Reviews.
