Run a check-in

ID scan, balance collection, room assignment — all in 60 seconds.

At the front desk, check-in is four clicks. The Heroes home screen shows today's arrivals at the top — that's your queue.

Start the check-in

Click the arriving reservation, then Check-in. A full-screen wizard opens.

Step 1 — Identify the guest

Confirm the name, scan the ID (webcam or phone camera). Heroes OCR extracts name, date of birth and document number automatically. You can correct before saving.

Step 2 — Collect the balance

The screen shows:

  • Reservation total
  • Deposits / payments already received (OTA, wire transfer…)
  • Balance due

Pick a payment method (card, cash, wire…) or tick Already paid via OTA.

Step 3 — Assign the room

Heroes suggests a room matching the booked type. If it's still occupied (today's departure not yet done), you'll see an amber warning. You can override or pick another unit of the same type.

Step 4 — Hand over the keys

Print the welcome voucher (1 page, practical info + Wi-Fi). The reservation status flips to Arrived.
