Photos are the number-one conversion driver on an OTA listing. Heroes hosts your gallery and pushes it to Aiosell automatically.
Property gallery
Open Settings → Property → Photos. Drag-and-drop your shots:
- Façade & exteriors (3-5 photos)
- Common areas (lobby, restaurant, pool, spa…)
- Neighbourhood (pedestrian streets, beaches, landmarks)
The first photo becomes the cover image on every OTA.
Per-room photos
Each room type owns its own gallery (see Manage room types). If a type has no photos, the main gallery is used as a fallback.
Tech recommendations
- Resolution: 1920 × 1280 minimum
- Format: JPG or WebP, < 4 MB each
- Framing: landscape preferred (3:2 ratio)
- Lighting: avoid backlit shots
Reorder
Drag thumbnails to change the order. Propagation to OTAs takes a few minutes.
