Heroes is multi-property: a single user account can manage multiple properties (e.g. a hotel group or an independent manager).
Property switcher
At the top-left of the sidebar is the active-property card. Click it to open the switcher and pick another property. Every page (planning, reservations, invoices…) reloads in the new property's context.
Add a property
Open the switcher → + Add a property. Pricing is computed against the total room count across the group (not per property).
Shared vs scoped data
What stays shared across properties:
- Your user account and 2FA
- Preferences (theme, language)
- Subscription and billing
What's scoped per property: reservations, rooms, team, tasks, messages, rates.
Grant access to a single property only
A teammate can be a member of several properties with a different role in each. Invite them from the Team page of each property.
