Manage individual rooms

Each room is a physical unit that can be occupied at a given time. Rooms link to a type — and that's what shows up in the Gantt.

List vs Floor-plan view

Inside Rooms, toggle between:

• List: filterable table (type, floor, status)
• Floor plan: drag-and-drop visual positioning

Take a room out of service

Click the room → Status → Out of service. Pick a reason (renovation, damage, off-season closing…) and a date range. Availability is auto-closed on every OTA during that window.

Renumber

To rename a room (e.g. "101" → "201" during a floor renovation), use the unit editor. Every past and future booking follows along — no desync risk.

Internal notes

Each room has a notes field visible only to your team (e.g. "stubborn lock", "scaled tap"). These notes appear on the Gantt card and in the mobile app.
