Use the planning Gantt

The Planning Gantt is your front desk's main dashboard. One row per room, one column per day. Each bar is a reservation.

Navigate

• Horizontal wheel or left/right arrows: scroll through time
• Date picker at the top: jump to a specific day
• 2 / 7 / 14 / 30-day view: change the zoom
• Filters: show only a floor, type or status

Colour codes

Each bar is coloured by status:

• Blue: confirmed, upcoming
• Green: arrival done (guest in-house)
• Grey: checked out
• Orange: option / pending
• Red: conflict (resolve immediately)

Hover a bar

Without clicking, hover reveals: guest name, dates, amount, source (Booking, direct, walk-in…). Click to open the full reservation.

Room status

To the left of each row, an icon shows current state: clean, dirty, in progress, out of service. Click the icon to toggle manually.
