Instead of retyping prices every day, Heroes applies multipliers on top of a base rate. You keep one consistent reference price; special periods compute automatically.
Create a season
Open Rates & availability → Seasons. For each season:
- Internal name ("Peak summer", "School holidays"…)
- Start and end dates
- Multiplier (e.g. 1.5 = +50 %)
- Optional restrictions (minimum stay, day of arrival)
Weekend rules
Tick Weekends only on a season to apply it on Fridays and Saturdays only. Ideal for seaside or mountain hotels.
Stacking seasons
If several seasons overlap on the same day (e.g. peak season + weekend + local event), Heroes multiplies them together. Base × ×1.5 × ×1.2 × ×1.1 = ×1.98.
Visual preview
On the rates grid, days affected by a season are tinted. Hover a cell to see the exact price composition (base × applied multipliers).
Manual override
You can always force a specific cell price — the override beats every multiplier.
