Getting started

Create your first property

Follow the 3-step wizard to add your hotel to Heroes PMS.

Welcome to Heroes PMS. The first thing to do after signing up is to register your property. The built-in wizard walks you through three steps, and everything stays editable later.

Step 1 — Basic information

Open Properties → + New property. Fill in:

  • Trading name as it will appear on invoices and confirmations.
  • Full address and city. Geocoding is automatic.
  • Timezone. Critical: every check-in/out time and reminder runs against this timezone.
  • Default currency and primary language.

Step 2 — Room types

Define your logical categories (Standard, Deluxe, Suite, Dorm…). For each type:

  • Standard capacity (number of guests)
  • Baseline nightly rate (editable day-by-day afterwards)
  • Number of physical units available

Individual rooms are created right after. You can also photograph each room from the mobile app.

Step 3 — Team

Invite your first teammates by email. Each member is assigned a role (Front desk, Manager, Housekeeping…) that controls what they see in the sidebar.

What's next?

Once the property is created, set your rates under Rates & availability, then connect your OTAs via the Channel Manager. Plan 20 minutes for a fully operational property.
