Connect your first channel

Heroes pushes your availability and rates to 30+ OTAs (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, HostelWorld…) through the Aiosell gateway. Here's how to enable your first channel.

Prepare the OTA account

Before clicking inside Heroes, make sure you have:

• An active, validated OTA account (Property ID handy)
• Your room types already created on the OTA side with the same capacities you have here
• OTA-side authorisation for Aiosell to drive the account

Request the connection

Open Integrations → Channel Manager, pick the OTA and click Request connection. Provide your Property ID — the request moves to Pending.

Approval

The Heroes team or your admin validates the request within hours (business days). Once approved, the status flips to Connected and Aiosell starts mapping rooms.

Mapping & testing

Mapping pairs each Heroes room type with its OTA counterpart. Verify the match on the channel detail page. Run a test: close a night in Heroes and check it propagates to the OTA within 5 minutes.

What if a booking arrives twice?

Heroes dedupes automatically by OTA reference. If you still see a duplicate, the room was probably unmapped — fix the mapping then archive the copy.
