Team activity log

Track who did what: logins, edits, deletions.

Heroes journals every critical team action: useful for compliance, debugging and incident management.

Open the log

Team → Activity. The last 1,000 actions are shown, filterable by member, action type or date.

Tracked events

  • Logins / logouts (with IP and device)
  • Reservation create / edit / delete
  • Cancellations and refunds
  • Rate and availability changes
  • Member add / remove
  • Permission changes
  • Data exports (CSV, invoices…)

Use case: GDPR audit

Reply to an audit request by exporting the log for the concerned period. CSV or PDF format.

Anomalous behaviour alerts

Set up rules under Team → Alerts:

  • Login from a new country
  • More than 10 reservation deletions in 1h
  • Rate change > 50 %

Auto email or Slack alert to the manager.

Retention

90 days by default. Enterprise plans: 5-year retention for PCI-DSS compliance.
