Stripe is the default payment processor integrated into Heroes. We add no commission; only Stripe's rates apply (~1.5 % in Europe).
Enable Stripe
Settings → Payments → Connect Stripe. A Stripe Connect wizard opens: create or link a Stripe account. KYC takes 10-20 minutes.

- Deposit at booking on your direct site
- Balance at arrival via card at the desk (Stripe terminal)
- Pre-authorisation for security holds
- Payment capture for no-shows or incidentals
- One-click refunds from the reservation
Stripe Terminal
To collect in person, order a Stripe terminal (WisePOS, BBPOS…). Heroes drives it directly: tap-to-pay, contactless, chip & PIN.
Security
No card data is stored on Heroes servers. Payments transit as PCI-DSS tokens to Stripe. GDPR and DSS compliant.
Reporting
Stripe fees are auto-booked in Reports → Receipts with breakdown by payment method.
