The Channel Manager is the layer that pushes your availability and rates to every OTA you're listed on. Heroes uses Aiosell as the engine, covering 30+ major OTAs.
Connection flow in 3 statuses
- Disconnected: no connection configured
- Pending: request submitted, awaiting Heroes/Aiosell validation
- Connected: sync is running, OTAs receive updates
Open a request
Go to Integrations → Channel Manager. Click the OTA → Request connection. Enter your OTA-side Property ID and submit.
Validation
The Heroes team verifies your OTA account, performs the initial mapping and activates sync. Average turnaround: 24 business hours, sometimes a few hours.
What gets synced?
- Availability (open/closed day by day)
- Rates (price per type, per day)
- Restrictions (min stay, closed to arrival)
- Inbound bookings (Booking → Heroes within minutes)
Disconnect
If you leave an OTA, request the disconnection from the same page. Your Heroes data stays intact; only the outbound push stops.
