AI agents are assistants trained on your property. They answer questions, classify requests and prepare complex actions.
Pre-built agents
- Concierge: answers common guest queries (Wi-Fi, breakfast hours, nearby restaurants…)
- Triage: auto-classifies inbound messages into categories (info, modification, complaint, VIP request)
- Drafter: writes confirmations and reminders matching your tone
- Help center: the very AI on this page — answers operators about product usage
Enable an agent
Messages → AI agents. Toggle to enable/disable. Each agent can run in:
- Suggest mode: AI drafts, you confirm
- Autonomous: AI sends without review (reserved for simple messages outside business hours)
Property context
The AI uses your property context set under Settings → Property → AI context: exact address, amenities, partner restaurants, house rules… The richer the context, the sharper the replies.
Model used
Default Claude Sonnet 4.6 (cost/quality balance). Switch to Haiku (cheaper, faster) or Opus (deeper) as needed.
Cost
Heroes passes through the Anthropic cost transparently: ~€0.01 per Sonnet interaction, ~€0.003 per Haiku. Bring your own API key or use the credit included in your plan.
